The billboard heralding the new Jackson Square condominium in New York said: “The spirit of Greenwich Village is alive and well.”

Uh, which Greenwich Village is that? The one that was home to John Reed and Edna St. Vincent Millay? Or the one that exists for people who can afford a $2 million condominium?
