For Sale: Female Students’ Backsides

picture-device-independent-bitmap-1.jpgKFC has found a new location for its ads: the backsides of college students (females only need apply).


The girls wear sweatpants with “Double Down” written on the back to promote the Bun-less Sandwich, (I’m sure there is no pun intended there). Seems like a good location to post an ad if you’re targeting college boys, and the girls may even get a few dates out of the deal.

They Preheaded Thataway

Of Email Marketers and 11-Year-Olds

I’ve explained to my daughter myriad times why it’s in her best interests to do her weekend homework assignments prior to 8:30 Sunday evening, and still she resists. Likewise, consultants and other experts have explained to marketers why it’s in their best interests to ask subscribers for their preferences regarding email format, frequency, areas of interest, and the like, and still they resist.
